How do we book Occhio Studios?
We begin by understanding your wedding vision, location, and coverage needs.
Once availability is confirmed, bookings are secured with a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is settled one week before the wedding date.
Can we choose our photographer?
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. While Occhio Studios is based in Cairo, we regularly document weddings across Egypt and internationally. Travel arrangements and logistics are discussed individually depending on the event location.
What type of weddings do you cover?
We document weddings, engagements, Katb Ketab ceremonies, and destination celebrations. Each event is approached with the same level of attention, storytelling, and editorial care.
Do you also offer cinematography?
Yes. Cinematography is handled by our film division, Occhio Films. Our team captures weddings through highlight films and full record coverage, depending on the couple’s preference and event structure.
Film teams are assigned based on availability and project requirements.
How long does delivery take?
Photography galleries are delivered within approximately 30 working days.
Cinematography projects are delivered within 30–45 working days depending on the scope of coverage.
All images are professionally edited in Occhio Studios’ signature style before delivery.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Each cinematography project includes one complimentary re-edit after final delivery. Revision requests must be submitted in writing and within the agreed review period.
Additional revisions beyond the first round may incur extra fees.
Photography galleries can be re-edited based on client feedback within 1–2 weeks of receiving your comments. Before applying the complimentary re-edit, we share a sample reference edit to ensure alignment with your expectations and our artistic direction.

How many photographers will be present at our wedding?
Coverage structure depends on the selected team and package.
Senior Team packages include two additional experienced photographers alongside the main photographer. The main senior photographer personally covers the preparations, first look, photoshoot, and approximately the first hour of the wedding party. After that, the additional photographers seamlessly continue covering the remainder of the booked duration based on the event timeline and coverage hours.
Junior Team packages include one additional photographer. The junior team remains present and documents the full booked duration of the wedding day.
Do you provide raw photos or raw footage?
Raw materials are not part of our standard delivery as they do not represent the final artistic standard of Occhio Studios.
However, select raw video footage may be available as an add-on service depending on the project.
Can we change our wedding date after booking?
Date changes are treated as cancellations and are subject to availability for the new requested date.
Do you have a minimum booking duration?
For weekend weddings, Senior Team bookings require a minimum coverage of 12 hours. Junior Team weekend bookings require a minimum of 8 hours.
For midweek weddings, shorter coverage is available starting from 4 hours depending on availability and event structure.
Do you offer discounts when booking both photography and cinematography?
At this time, we do not offer bundled discounts for combined photography and cinematography bookings. Each service is carefully structured with dedicated teams to maintain the highest quality and creative focus for every wedding.
